MacroMetal provides commodity and metals price data for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You should not rely on information in the app when making financial decisions. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before investing.
Market data displayed in the app is provided for informational purposes only. Data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and should not be relied upon for trading or investment decisions. MACROMENERGY LTD makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data and is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on it.
MacroMetal offers an optional Pro subscription, available as a monthly or annual in-app purchase. All subscription payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard policies.
We do not guarantee that the app or its services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its data sources. You may not extract, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data or content from the app without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to suspend access for any user who breaches these terms.
All content, design, and code within MacroMetal is owned by MACROMENERGY LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MACROMENERGY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes have been notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
